BROWNIES AND BARS

 

Hello, everyone. This post will be about my group assignment project that we do, so let me explain what we will do for this assignment. For this assessment, we need a website, create social media, and create a creative report and proposal. So we need to collaborate with local SMEs to use social media as a marketing platform for the SME.

Here is a company that we collaborate with to assess Brownies and Bars. Before we go more let me explain about our client company. Brownies & Bars is a small bakery brand that produces a variety of mouth-watering sweets. It is a home bakery that has been established for a long time since 2016. This home bakery operates and is centred in the Sungai Petani area, Kedah. Mrs Khairul Zukhaili Binti Amirkhalid established this home bakery business. She started this business based on her interest and experience helping her mother make cookies and cakes when she was a child. Therefore, she adopted all the advantages she had to share with the public after she finished her study. 

This home bakery has been operating for almost six years and has become a well-known bakery in the area.

They specialise in many desserts such as brownies, cookies, biscuits, tartlets, cakes, and pastries.

Last but not least, I enjoyed the process we did for Brownies and bars because we could learn more about desserts and create content for social media.
